    FAQs

    Can I bring my pet?

Not to the market. Due to the horses on site, and past issues, no pets are allowed inside the market space. Service animals follow ADA requirements.

If you are camping the pet can be in your camper or leashed with you at your campsite.

I’m traveling in where should I stay?

You can purchase a spot to camp at the ranch Saturday night. Otherwise there are several short term vacation rentals around, the areas of Loon Lake, Waitts Lake, and Deer Lake are all within about 20 minutes of the ranch. We have a discount code to Granite Point Resort, use MOOSE20 for your stay. A new hotel in Chewelah called Mistequa was recently completed which is about 30 minutes away.

Will there be food and drinks available?

Yes! There are lots of businesses to choose from with snacks, drinks, food, and a full bar tent for you to purchase from.

    What should I wear?

The market is in a working hay field we highly recommend cowboy boots! Or at least a closed toe. If you love western fashion feel free to dress your best, lots of attendees enjoy breaking out all the fringe and turquoise. You’ll be walking on dirt, so choose what works best for you. Layer up, or plan on buying a cute new jacket if the weather calls for it. It does tend to get cooler as soon as the sun goes down.

    Sponsorships

We absolutely love partnering with area businesses to bring their brand to the ranch for this special weekend. Top level sponsors enjoy their banner prominently displayed along the drive in allowing thousands of people to see your business name.

There are several different opportunities to sponsor specific things like live music, the 501c3 benefiting bar, kids activities, and more. All sponsors are included in our Christmas Guide, social media posts, and on the website.

Send us an email with what your business is interested in!
